Warranty Coverage

    • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, accidents, or unauthorised modifications

    • Normal wear and tear (e.g., fading, scratches, or general usage marks)

Faulty Products

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not as described:

  2. Assessment: Our team will review the issue and may request additional details.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Keep proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice).

  • Report any faults as soon as possible after discovery.

  • Return the defective product, if requested, in its original packaging with all accessories included.


Return Costs

  • For Faulty or Defective Products: Return costs will be fully covered by us.

  • For Warranty Claims: If your claim is valid, repairs or replacements will be provided free of charge.
